Geçmi in, günceli ekillendirmeye devam etti i sav na dayanan bu kuram, Osmanlitim sisteminden miras kalan geleneksel yabanc dil e itim anlayn, hala günümüz yabanc dil e itimine yön vermeyedevam etmesini de aç klamaktad r.
