ENERJİ VE ÇEVRE KONULARINDA PARAMETRİK OLMAYAN ETKİNLİK ANALİZİ VE TÜRKİYE ELEKTRİK SANAYİİ UYGULAMASI

Abstract

Enerji ve Çevre modellemesinde
kullanılan teknikler arasında, parametrik olmayan bir etkinlik ölçme yaklaşımı olan
Veri Zarflama Analizi performans değerlendirmesinde sıklıkla kullanılan
tekniklerden biri olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Enerji ve çevre alanında Veri
Zarflama Analizi ve türevi yöntemler kullanılarak yapılan çalışmaları uygulama
alanlarına göre elektrik sanayii uygulamaları, çevresel performans ölçümü,
enerji etkinliği ölçümü, enerji alt sektörlerinde performans ölçümü olmak üzere
dört ana grupta toplamak mümkündür (Zhou vd., 2007). Bu alanlardan elektrik
sanayii uygulamaları literatürde çok çeşitli alanlarda makro ve mikro düzeyde
karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, öncelikle enerji ve çevre konusunda Veri
Zarflama Analizi uygulamaları ile ilgili literatür geniş bir biçimde
sunulmakta, ardından da Türkiye elektrik sanayiinde yer alan yirmi adet dağıtım
şirketi Veri Zarflama Analizi kullanılarak değerlendirilmektedir.
