THE TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL GROUPS

Abstract

The Total Quality Management has been gaining importance as a system having economic, sociological and psychological qualifications. For the employees, it is very important to make working conditions and working environment meet human needs, to meet
their
economic,
psychological and social
needs, expectations and desires, to decrease the
problems of business life;
it is important to increase
the productivity arid profitability for the enterprise,
Quality Control Groups contribute a lot to
the development of
the organization in solving problems related to the
work by the application of the Total Quality Management.


The aim ot this study is to reveal the necessity of the applications of the Total Quality Management in enterprises and the importance of human factor  in the organization management.
