The aim of this research is to adapt to Turkish the "Green Psychological Climate Scale" which is developed by Norton et al. (2014) and is revised by Norton et al. (2017). First of all, permission to use the scale was obtained electronically from the authors who developed the original scale. Afterwards, the scale was translated into Turkish by the researcher and the opinions of the experts were taken. The scale, completed in terms of language and meaning, was applied to 144 full-time private sector employees (who know whether there is a sustainability policy in their company) in different sectors of the active labor market in Konya province. According to the results of the exploratory factor analysis (EFA), it is determined that total of 5 items in the scale were patterned under one factor and the total variance explanation rate of a single factor was 66.709%. According to the results of the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), it is determined that chi-square fit was meaningless as expected (p>0.05). It is determined that χ2/SD, RMSEA, GFI, CFI, IFI, RFI, NFI, TLI, RMR values were in perfect fit degree; SRMR and AGFI values were in good fit degree. The Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficient for the scale was α=0.872. Item total correlation coefficients were determined between 0.803 and 0.521. It has been determined that the difference between the item score averages in the lower and upper groups of 27% of the scale was significant (p=0.000). As a result, a valid and reliable scale (Green Psychological Climate Scale) suitable for Turkish culture was obtained.
