Abstract

Consumer protection is a contemporary concept. There are various legal provisions regulating the protection of consumers set up directly or indirectly. The most important one among them is the Consumer Protection Law. Requirement of provisions provided for the protection of consumers is discussed in context of protection of vulnerable people and understanding of social justice.

Abstract

Tüketicinin korunması çağımıza özgü bir kavramdır. Ülkemizde de doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak tüketicinin korunmasına yönelik pek çok hüküm vardır. Bunlardan en önemlisi tüketicinin korunması hakkında kanundur. Tüketicinin korunmasına yönelik olarak getirilen hükümlerin gerekliliği özellikle zayıfların korunması düşüncesi ve sosyal adalet anlayışı bağlamında ele alınmaktadır.
