Ülseratif Kolit Hastalığında 5 Yıl İçinde Yapılan Cerrahi Tedavilerin Retrospektif Analizi

Abstract

Amaç: Son 5 yılda ülseratif kolit tanısıyla cerrahi tedavi uygulanan hastaların demografik, klinik ve cerrahi sonuçlarını retrospektif olarak analiz etmektir.
Materyal ve metod: Ocak 2020 ile Ocak 2025 tarihleri arasında ÜK nedeniyle cerrahi uygulanan 10 hastanın verileri, demografik özellikleri, klinik bulguları, cerrahi prosedürler, postoperatif komplikasyonlar ve takip sonuçları hasta dosyaları ve elektronik hasta kayıtlarından retrospektif olarak elde edilmiştir.
Bulgular: Kliniğimizde ülseratif kolit tanısı nedeniyle cerrahi uygulanan 10 hastanın yaş ortalaması 49,2 yıl (27-75 yıl) olup, cinsiyet dağılımı eşit idi. En sık uygulanan cerrahi prosedür total kolektomi ile ileoanal poş anastomozu idi. Postoperatif komplikasyon oranı %5 olarak tespit edildi.
Sonuç: Cerrahi tedavinin medikal tedaviye dirençli ÜK hastalarında etkili bir seçenek olduğunu göstermektedir.

Retrospective Analysis of Surgical Treatments Performed in Ulcerative Colitis Disease in 5 Years

Abstract

Background: To retrospectively analyze the demographic, clinical and surgical outcomes of pati-ents who underwent surgical treatment with a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis in the last 5 years.
Materials and Methods: Data, demographic characteristics, clinical findings, surgical procedures, postoperative complications and follow-up results of 10 patients who underwent surgery for UC between January 2020 and January 2025 were retrospectively obtained from patient files and electronic patient records.
Results: The mean age of 10 patients who underwent surgery for ulcerative colitis in our clinic was 49.2 years (27-75 years) and the gender distribution was equal. The most commonly perfor-med surgical procedure was total colectomy and ileoanal pouch anastomosis. The postoperative complication rate was determined as 5%.
Conclusions: It shows that surgical treatment is an effective option in patients with UC resistant to medical treatment.
