Abstract

I read with great interest the article titled "The Relationship Between Post-Earthquake Anxiety Status with Sleep Problems, Low Back and Neck Pain in Victims of the Kahramanmaraş-Centred Earthquakes", written by Karabulut et al. and published in your journal on April 29, 2024. According to this, Karabulut et al. demonstrated a relationship between post-earthquake anxiety levels and sleep problems, as well as low back and neck pain, among earthquake survivors affected by the Kahramanmaraş-centred earthquake on February 6, 2023 (1). I would like to congratulate the authors for this study, which draws attention to the significant psychological issues experienced by earthquake survivors
