Remisyonda Hodgkin Lenfoma Tanılı Bir CMV Enteriti Olgusu

Abstract

CMV enterokoliti özellikle immunsupresif hastalarda görülen nadir bir hastalıktır. CMV enfeksiyonları normal immuniteli kişilerde asemptomatik veya nonspesifik semptomlarla seyreder. Ama immunsuprese kişilerde önemli morbidite ve mortaliteden sorumlu olabilir (3). CMV enterokoliti genelde ileumda ve sağ kolonda ortaya çıkar. Kolonoskoide multiple mukozal ülserler görülür. Bu makalede Remisyonda Hodgkin Lenfoma tanılı bir CMV enteriti olgusu sunuldu.

A CMV enteritis case who has Hodgkin's Lymphoma in remission

Abstract

CMV enterocolitis is a rare disease, especially seen in immunosuppressive patients. CMV infections are asymptomatic or present with nonspecific symptoms in people with normal immunity. But it may be responsible for significant morbidity and mortality in immunocompromised persons. CMV enterocolitis usually occurs in the ileum and right colon. Multıpl mucosal ulcers seen in colonoscopy. In this article a CMV enteritis case in diagnosed Hodgkin's lymphoma in remission was presented.
