Farklı Açılardan Sarkoidoz: Bir olgu üzerinden

Abstract

Sarkoidozis etiyolojisi bilinmeyen, kronik inflamatuvar, vakaların % 90'ında akciğer tutulumu olan, multisistemik granülomatöz bir hastalıktır. Tanı için spesifik bir test yoktur. Bu yüzden hastalığın tanısı, klinik ve radyografik bulguların birlikteliğine, tipik granülomların gösterilmesine dayanır ve çoğu zaman diğer granülomatöz hastalıkların dışlanmasıyla konulabilir. Biz de tanı aşamalarının en başında, hatta en sonunda da, sarkoidozun her zaman akılda tutulması gerektiğine iyi bir örnek olan olgumuzu sunmayı amaçladık.

Abstract

Sarkoidozis of unknown aetiology, chronic inflammatory, 90% of cases of lung disease, granulomatous involvement with multisystemic. That's why the diagnosis of the disease, clinical and radiographic findings are based on typical for together to appear of a Granuloma, and often other granulomatous diseases can be put in with the exclusion. We all know the beginning phases of even the highest-end, should keep in mind at all times is a good example of sarcoidosis has is aimed to present our case.
