Abstract

Myomlar üreme çağındaki kadınlarda en sık rastlanan uterus patolojisidirler. Boyutları genellikle değişken olup, >10 cm olanlar dev myom olarak adlandırılır. 20 cm’den büyük olması ise oldukça nadirdir. Biz bu yazıda sekonder infertilite nedeniyle doktora başvuran ve dev myom (21 cm) tespit edilip tarafımıza yönlendirilen bir olguyu literatür ışığında tartışmayı amaçladık.

A Case Report of Giant Myoma in a Secondary Infertil Woman

Abstract

Myomas are the most common uterine patologies in women with reproductive age. The size of myomas is generally variable, > 10 cm are called giant myoma. It is quite rare when it is bigger than 20 cm. In this article, we aimed to discuss the case of a woman with giant myoma (21 cm) who was directed to us due to secondary infertility.
