Abstract

Chilaiditi sendromu hepatodiafragmatik alana kolonun interpozisyonudur. Demetrious Chilaiditi 1910 yılında hepatodiafragmatik interpzisyonu ilk defa tanımlamıştır. Bu sendromun tanı tedavisinde birçok zorluk vardır. Hastalığın cerrahi tedavi endikasyonu belirsizliğini sürdürmektedir. Biz sigmoid volvulusla birlikte gelişen Chilaiditi sendromlu olgumuzu tanı ve tedavi açısından sunmayı planladık

Abstract

Chilaiditi's syndrome is interposition of the colon in hepatodiaphragmatic area. Hepatodiaphragmatic interposition of the colon was first described by Demetrious Chilaiditi in 1910. There are many difficulties in diagnosis and treatment of this syndrome. The surgical treatment indication of the disease is to remain unclear. We aimed to present a case of Chilaiditi syndrome with sigmoid volvulus in view of the diagnosis and surgical treatment
