Ürtikeryal lezyonlarla kendini gösteren Brusella enfeksiyonu

Abstract

Bruselloz, sistemik bir hastalık olup birçok organ tutulumu yanında dermatolojik sorunlara da yol açabilmektedir. Deri bulguları spesifik olmamakla beraber hastaların % 5-10' unda rastlanmaktadır. Burada 45 yaşında kronik idiyopatik ürtiker tanısı ile birçok antihistaminik ve sistemik steroid tedavisi alan brusellozlu bayan olgu sunularak brusellozlu olgularda deri bulguları hakkındaki literatür bilgileri tekrar gözden geçirilecektir. Brusellanın endemik olduğu yerlerde yaşayanlarda, brusella tanısı koymada bu deri bulgularının varlığının yararlı olabileceğini ve günlük pratikte sıkça karşılaştığımız ürtiker hasta grubunda, brusella enfeksiyonunun ülkemizde endemik olması göz önünde bulundurularak ayırıcı tanı olarak akılda tutulması gerektiği düşüncesindeyiz

Brucella infection presenting with urticarial lesions

Abstract

Brucellosis cause dermatological problems in addition to several organ involvement. Cutaneous lesions are not spesific, but occur in about 5–10% of patients with brucellosis. Here we present a case of 45- year-oldwoman diagnosed as chronic idiopatic urticaria and used several antihistaminic drugs and systemic steroid treatment and review of relevant literature. We think that the cutaneous findings may be helpful to diagnose the patients who live in endemic areas and it should be kept in mind in differantial diagnosis for the urticaria patients that we often encounter in daily practice since brucellosis is endemic in our country
