Şanlıurfa bölgesinde kronik aktif gastritli olgularda Helicobacter pylori sıklığı Türkçe

Abstract

Amaç: Biz bu çalışmada Şanlıurfa ilindeki Helicobacter pylori sıklığını ortaya koymayı amaçladık.Materyal ve metod: Ekim 2010 ve Ekim 2012 tarihleri arasında Şanlıurfa Balıklıgöl Devlet Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi polikliniğine dispepsi şikayetleriyle başvurup, şikayetleri neticesinde tanıya yönelik endoskopik girişim yapılan ve bunun sonucunda mide biyopsisi kronik aktif gastrit saptanan 442 olgunun dosyaları retrospektif olarak incelendi. Bulgular: Dörtyüz kırk iki hastanın 387'sinde H. pylori pozitif iken %87,5 , 55'inde H.pylori negatif %12,5 olarak saptandı.Tartışma: Ülkemizde H.pylori enfeksiyonu yüksek olduğundan endoskopi yapılan hastalardan mutlaka rutin biyopsi alınarak H. pylori araştırılmalıdır ve gerekli eradikasyon tedavisi yapılmalıdır

Helicobacter pylori prevalance in chronic active gastritis in Sanliurfa

Abstract

Background: In this study, we aimed to investigate the Heliocobacter pylori incidance in Sanliurfa.Methods: From October 2010 to October 2012, the charts of 442 patients who had been admitted to General Chirurgie Department in Sanliurfa Balıklıgöl State Hospital and diagnosed chronic active gastritis by endoscopic biopsy were retrospectively analyzed. Results: H. pylori had been detected in 387 of 442 %87.5 patients, and 55 of the patients did not have H.pylori. Conclusion: Our country has high incidance of H.pylori. Routinly biopsy should be performed during diagnostic endoscopy and H.pylori should be investigated and eradicated if necessary
