Aortofemoral by-pass cerrahisinin nadir bir komplikasyonu: hidroüretronefroz Türkçe

Abstract

Üreterin obstürüksiyonuna sekonder hidronefrozun birçok nedeni bulunmakla birlikte aortofemoral greft oklüzyonuna sekonder hidroüreteronefroz sıralamanın oldukça sonlarındadır. İlk 1960'lı yıllarda rapor edilen greft kompresyonuna sekonder hidroüreteronefroz son yıllarda nadiren rapor edilmektedir. Bu yazıda aortofemoral bypass cerrahisi geçirmiş, intermittant klaudikasyo ile kliniğe başvuran, 62 yaşındaki erkek hastada, insidental saptanan hidroüreteronefroz literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur

A rare complication of aortofemoral by-pass surgery: hydroureteronephrosis

Abstract

Although many causes of hydonephrosis due to ureteric obstruction well-known, graft occlusion or fibrosis are generally found in the end of the cause list. Graft occluded hydronephrosis is firstly described in the 1960s, but it has been reported rarely in recent years. In this paper, we presented a 62 year old man who had applied to a cardiology department with the complaint of intermittant claudicatio. The patients had undergone aortofemoral by-pass surgery five years ago, and hydroureteronephrosis was incidentally found in control Computed tomography angiography
