Varis Dışı Üst Gastrointestinal Sistem Kanamalarına Yaklaşım

Abstract

Tüm gastrointestinal kanamaların % 85 inden sorumlu olan üst Gastrointestinal Sistem GİS kanamaları, önemli klinik ve ekonomik problem teşkil ederler. Son 5 dekadda tanı ve tedavideki gelişmelere rağmen mortalite oranı aynı kalmıştır. Kliniğe GİS kanama ile başvuran hastalarda riskin belirlenmesi, tedavide endoskopinin yeri, medikal ve cerrahi tedavi endikasyonları hala tartışmalı olup, hastalara yaklaşım ile ilgili net bir ortak görüş yoktur. Bu yazının amacı üst GİS kanamalara yaklaşımın nasıl olması gerektiği konusunda güncel literatür bilgilerini derlemek oldu

Abstract

Upper gastrointestinal system bleedings which account for 85% of all gastrointestinal bleedings form an important clinic and economic problem. Inspite of the improvements in the diagnostic methods and treatment modalities the mortality rate remained the same. There is not a common consensus on the risk scoring, endoscopic treatment, indications of surgical and medical treatment of a patient admitting with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. The aim of this study was to review the current literature about approaches to a patient with upper gastrointestinal bleeding
