Rektum Adenokarsinomu İle Eşzamanlı Ekstra-Gastrointestinal Stromal Tümör

Abstract

Ekstragastrointestinal stromal tümörler EGİST abdominal kavite ve retroperitoneal bölge yumuşak doku tümörleri arasında az sıklıkla görülürler. Histopatolojik özellikleri bir çok lezyonla karışıklığa yol açabileceği için, tanı ve ayırıcı tanıda immünohistokimyasal çalışmalar önemlidir. Bu çalışmada 74 yaşında bir erkek hastada, rektal adenokarsinom ameliyatı esnasında, mezenterde tesadüfen saptanan bir ekstragastrointestinal stromal tümör olgusu, bu lokalizasyonda az görülmesi nedeniyle ilginç bulunarak sunuldu

Incidental Rectum Adeno Ca with Extragastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

Abstract

Extragastrointestinal stromal tumors EGISTs are rare type of soft tissue tumors in peritoneal cavities and retroperitoneal region. Because of histologic Predictors may lead some confusion, immunohistochemical techniques are valid both in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. In this report, we present an EGIST which insidentally was found during laparotomy due to rectal adenocarcinoma in 74 years old male patient. EGISTs clinical, histopathological and immunohistochemical features are discussed in view of the literature
