Sekonder İnfertilitenin Nadir Bir Nedeni: İntrauterin Fetal Kemiklerin Uzamış Retansiyonu Türkçe

Year 2014, Volume: 11 Issue: 1, 67 - 70, 01.04.2014

Abstract

Rare Cause Of Secondary Infertılıty: Prolonged Retentıon Of Intrauterıne Fetal Bones

Year 2014, Volume: 11 Issue: 1, 67 - 70, 01.04.2014

Abstract

Intrauterine retained of fetal bone is a rare clinical condition. The clinic presentation is infertility, menorrhagia, menometroraji, treatment-resistant chronic pelvic pain and vaginal discharge. Sometimes without creating problems of menstruation, it represents symptom as infertility and chronic pelvic pain. For diagnosis in a patient with the above-mentioned symptoms can use transvajinal ultrasonography, dilatation curettage, hysteroscopy and hysterosalpingography. Although hysteroscopy is gold standard within these methods, sometimes it is diagnosed with examination of hysterectomy materials which is perform for treatment resistant chronic pelvic pain or menstrual problems. Treatment is removal of fetal bones. Removal fetal bones cause particularly the significant improvement in other symptoms, including infertility
