Abstract

Hem kadınlara hem de erkeklere cinsel saldırıda bulunulabilir. Bununla birlikte cinsel saldırı özellikle kadınlara karşı zor kullanılarak işlenilen bir suçtur. Irza geçme, bir kadınla veya bir erkekle zorla ve rızası olmaksızın yapılan cinsel ilişkidir. Cinsel saldırı mağdurlarının muayeneleri özel bir önem ve özen gerektirir. Mağdur psikolojik olarak zor durumdadır. Fiziksel ve psikolojik travmaya maruz kalmıştır. Bu yazıda cinsel saldırı iddiası bulunan olgularda hekimin muayeneden önce, muayene sırasında ve sonrasında yapması gereken işlemler ile analiz için örnekleri nasıl alması gerektiği belirtilmiştir. Böylece adaletin doğru tecelli etmesi sağlanabilecektir

Examination in sexual crimes

Abstract

Male and females may be target of sexual assault crimes. Sexual assault crimes mostly are cases which force is used. However, it is a more common crime especially against to females. Rape is asexual intercourse with a man or woman using force without any consent. Examination of sexual assault victims necessitates special importance and care. Victims are in pyschologically stressful conditions. They have been subjected to physical and pyschological traumas. In this paper procedures to be followed by physicians during, before and after examinations of alleged sexual assault cases and how specimens should be taken for analysis are delineated. By this, justice could be accomplished in the right way
