Tekrarlayan Kawasaki Hastalığı: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Kawasaki hastalığı etiyolojisi bilinmeyen akut febril sistemik bir vaskülittir. Olguların %1-3’ ünde hastalık, daha sıklıkla ilk iki yıl içerisinde olmak üzere tekrarlayabilir. Bu çalışmada ilk hastalıktan 8 ay sonra tekrarlayan Kawasaki hastalığı olan 6.5 yaşında bir erkek olgu sunuldu

Recurrent Kawasaki Disease: Case report

Abstract

Kawasaki disease is an acute febrile systemic vasculitis which cause of it remains unknown and occurs wıth mucocutaneous symtomps. Recurrent Kawasaki disease occurs in only 1-3 % of cases, mainly in first 2 years. A 6.5 years old boy was reported in this article, with recurrent Kawasaki disease who had recognized as his first Kawasaki illness 8 months ago
