Çalışma 2012 yılında Şanlıurfa’nın doğal merasında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın amacı, doğal meradan farklı gelişme
dönemlerinde toplanan yem bitkilerinin makro ve mikro besin elementlerinin içeriğinin belirlenmesidir. Toplanan yem
bitkilerinde Ca, Mg, K, P, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd, Mn düzeyleri belirlenmiştir. Yem bitkilerinde Ca, Mg, K, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd, Mn
tayini ICP-MS’ de yapılmıştır. Ayrıca bitkilerin gelişme dönemlerinde alınan toprak örneklerinde, mikrobiyal biyomas C,
fungal ve bakteriyal biyomas C incelenmiştir. En yüksek mikrobiyal biyomas C değeri bitkilerin 3. gelişme döneminde (298.0
µg C/g toprak), fungal ve bakteriyal biyomas C içeriği ise en yüksek; bitkilerin 1.gelişme döneminde (7050.8 µg C/g toprak)
tespit edilmiştir.
This study was carried out naturally pasture of Sanliurfa in 2012 years. The aim of the study was to determine
the macro- micro element contents of forages. Forage samples were analyzed in order to determine the Ca, Mg, K, P, Fe,
Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd, Mn levels. ICP- MS was used to determine the level of Ca, Mg, K, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd, Mn in forage samples.
Soil samples were taken during the development of plants and microbial biomass C, fungal and bacterial biomass C were
investigated. The highest microbial biomass C content was obtained in third development period (298.0 µg C/g soil), fungal
and bacterial biomass C content was the highest in first development period (7050.8 µg C / g soil).
