Abstract
Transient osteoporoz (TO ) etyolojisi bilinmeyen, ender görülen, kendini sınırlayan kas iskelet hastalıklarından biridir. İkinci ve üçüncü trimester gebelerle, orta yaş erkeklerde sık görülür. TO çoğu zaman iyileşme ile sonuçlansa da, nadiren kırıklara kadar giden morbidite oluşturabilir. Sunduğumuz olguyla ikinci ve üçüncü trimesterda kalça ağrısı ile başvuran gebelerde transient osteoporozun ayırıcı tanıda akılda tutulması ve tedavinin (istiraharat ve egzersiz) erken dönemde planlanarak olası komplikasyonlardan kaçınılmasının sağlanması vurgulanmaktır

Abstract
Transient osteoporosis of the hip is a rare self-limiting disease. It’s etiology is still not fully
understood. This disease is seen mostly in the elderly men and 2 and 3. trimester of pregnancy
women, most often characterized by hip pain. The regulation of the recreation and exercise is
very important in therapy. This situation is a benign disease, resulted in complete recovery
after months.
