COVID-19 ENFEKSİYONUNDA MİYALJİ ŞİDDETİNİN PROGNOZ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

Çin'de ilk kez Aralık 2019'da bildirilen şiddetli akut solunum sendromu yenit tip koronavirüsün (SARS-CoV-2) neden olduğu koronavirüs hastalığı 2019 (COVID-19) salgını, küresel halk sağlığı için kritik bir tehdit oluşturmuştur. Dünya Sağlık Örgütü (WHO) 11 Mart 2020 tarihi itibariyle hızla yayılan COVID-19 enfeksiyonunu uluslararası bir halk sağlığı acil durumu ilan etti. Akciğer, COVID-19 enfeksiyonunun ana tutulum organı olarak kabul edilmektedir ve COVID-19'lu hastaların bir çoğunda tipik solunum sıkıntısı semptomları ve bulguları görülür. Bununla birlikte, hastalığın seyri sırasında ateş, öksürük, miyalji veya halsizlik, balgam çıkarma ve nefes darlığı da görülebilir. Minör semptomlar baş ağrısı veya baş dönmesi, diyare, bulantı ve kusmayı içerir. Bu derlemede, COVID-19’a bağlı gelişen miyaljinin oluşum mekanizmalarının bugüne kadar mevcut kanıtları nasıl etkilediğini değerlendiriyoruz. Bu makaleyi derlememizde ki amaç COVID-19 enfeksiyonunda artan laktat seviyelerinin hastalığın klinik gidişatı üzerindeki etkilerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Aynı zamanda COVID-19 enfeksiyonun sebep olduğu metabolit ve elektrolit denge bozukluklarının miyalji üzerine etkisi ve miyaljinin klinik prognoza etkilerini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktayız.
