Dogum sekli ve dogum haftasina gore anne ve bebeklerde IL-1ß duzeylerinin karsilastirilmasi

Abstract
Giriş: İnterlökin 1-beta (IL-1ß), plasentadan kortikotropin salınım hormonu yapımını uyararak doğum eylemini başlatmakta, aynı zamanda fetal adreno kortiko tropin hormon ve kortizol salınımını ile akciğerin matürasyonunu sağlamaktadır.
Amaç : Anne ve bebeklerde IL-1ß düzeyinin karşılaştırılması, term normal spontan ve elektif sezaryenle doğum yapan annelerde IL-1ß düzeyi ve yenidoğanlarda doğum şekline ve gestasyon haftasına göre IL-1ß düzeylerini araştırmaktır.
Materyal-Metod: 37 haftasını doldurmuş elektif sezaryen (C/S) yapılan 18 anneden epidural ve/veya genel anestezi öncesi, normal spontan vaginal yolla (NSD) doğum için başvuran 15 gebeden servikal açıklığı 4-6 cm olduğunda, doğumdan sonu bebekten 1.saatte IL-1ß için kan örneği alındı.
Bulgular: C/S ile doğum yapmış olan annelerin median IL-1ß düzeyi 5.0 pg/dl (5-416 pg/dl) ve NSD ile doğum yapan annelerin IL-1ß değeri 5.0 pg/dL (5- 104 pg/dL) olarak bulundu (p> 0,05). C/S ile doğan bebeklerin median IL-1ß düzeyleri 5.00 pg/dl (5-237 pg/dl), NSD ile doğan bebeklerin IL-1ß düzeyleri 5.00 pg/dl (5-75 pg/dl) (p > 0,05) idi. Bebekler gestasyon haftalarına göre değerlendirildiğinde; 38. haftada doğan bebeklerin median IL-1ß düzeyi 5.00 pg/dl (5- 237 pg/dl ), 39 ve üstü doğan bebeklerin IL-1ß düzeyi 5.00 pg/dl (5-75 pg/dl) bulundu (p > 0,05).
Sonuç: Anne IL-1ß seviyesinin doğum şekli ile, bebek IL-1ß seviyesinin doğum şekli ve gestasyonel yaş ile ilişkili olmadığı, bununla birlikte anne ve bebek IL-1ß düzeyleri arasında fark gözlenmediği saptandı.
