BÜRO YÖNETİMİ VE YÖNETİCİ ASİSTANLIĞI PROGRAMI ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN PROFİLİ VE KARİYER PLANLAMASI: BATI VE DOĞU KARŞILAŞTIRMASI
Abstract
Ön lisans eğitimi veren Büro Yönetimi ve Sekreterlik Programları; kamu ve özel sektör
işletmelerinde yöneticilerin ofis çalışmalarına katkıda bulunmak ve büro faaliyetlerinde
bulunmak üzere nitelikli ara insan gücü yetiştirmeyi amaçlayan iki yıllık yükseköğretim
programlarıdır. Bu programın amacı; iş hayatının ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilecek büro
yöneticisi, büro yönetimi uzmanı, yönetici asistanı gibi uzman iş gücü yetiştirmektir.
Bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye’nin batısında ve doğusunda bulunan meslek
yüksekokullarındaki Büro Yönetimi ve Yönetici Asistanlığı programında okuyan
öğrencilerin profillerini ve kariyer beklentileri ile kariyer planlamalarını karşılaştırmalı
olarak incelemek ve meslek yüksekokullarının temel sorunlarına bu bilgiler
doğrultusunda çözüm önerileri getirmektir.

Abstract
Office Management and Secretarial Programs which providing pre-licensing education
are two-year higher education program that purposes office and clerical work to
contribute to the training of qualified manpower to engage in the public and private
sector enterprises. The purpose of this program is to educate the specailized labor like
office manager, office management specialist, administrative assistant in the new
century. The purpose of this study is Office Management in Turkey to the west and east
of the vocational schools and Executive Assistant program is to profile and career
prospects of students and in studying the comparative career planning and to solve the
recommendations in accordance with this information to the basic problems of
vocational colleges.
