Abstract
Yabancı ülkelere yatırım yapan işletmelerin sayısı giderek artmaktadır. Bu
işletmeler diğer ülkelerde kurdukları şubelerle veya ortaklıklarla faaliyet
gösterebilirler. Bu işletmelerin temel problemi, , yabancı ülkelerdeki
şubelerinin ve ortaklıklarının yabancı paralı finansal tablolarını kendi
finansal tabloları ile birleştirebilmek veya konsolide edebilmek için
kendi para birimine çevirmektir. Yabancı finansal tabloların çevrilişinde
kullanılan dört yöntem mevcuttur. Bu yöntemler; cari - cari olmayan
yöntem, parasal - parasal olmayan yöntem, geleneksel yöntem ve dönem
sonu kuru yöntemidir. Ancak, günümüzde sadece sonu yöntem kullanım
alanı bulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, yabancı paralı finansal tabloların
çevirisinde kullanılan yöntemler, kullanılacak yöntemin belirlenmesi ve
çeşitli ülke uygulamaları üzerinde durulacaktır.
Abstract
The number of businesses investing in foreign countries is increasing.
These enterprises may operate with branches or subsidiaries established
in other countries. The main problem of these enterprises , their branches
and subsidiaries financial statements of foreign mercenaries in foreign
countries to be able to combine its financial statements , or to translate
in order to consolidate its own currency . There are four methods used in
the conversion of foreign financial statements. These methods ; current -
non-current method , monetary - non-monetary method is the traditional
method and period -end exchange rate method . However, the current is
only find utility in the last method. In this study, the methods used in the
translation of financial statements of foreign mercenaries , determining the
method to be used and will focus on applications of other countries.
