Abstract

Hastanelerinde sunulan hizmetlerde görev alanlardan birisi hemşirelerdir.
24 saat esasına göre çalıştıklarından sundukları hizmet biçimi oldukça
yoğundur. Aşırı çalışmalar zaman zaman yorgunluklara neden olmaktadır.
Diğer bir yönüde hemşirelerin etik değerlere bağlı kalmalarından dolayı
hastaların etik sorunlarıda hemşireleri olumsuz etkilediğini söylemek
mümkündür. Çalışmanın amacı; kamu hastanelerinde çalışan hemşirelerin
etik yaklaşımı, etik sorunları ve bu etik sorunların çözüm önerilerini
belirlemektir. Çalışma sınırlandırılarak sadece kamu hastaneleri
kapsamı içerisine alınmıştır. Çalışma da hemşirelerin etik sorunları ve
çözüm önerileri incelenmiş ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada
uygulanan araştırma yöntemi konu ile ilgili literatür taraması şeklinde
olup, yayınlanmış kitaplar, makaleler, yayınlanmış tezler ile güvenilir
internet kaynaklarıdır. Bu kaynaklardan oluşan bilgi ve değerlendirmeler
uygulama tecrübesiyle birleştirilerek ilişkisel bir anlam verilmiştir.

Ethical Approach and Ethical Dilemmas of Nurses Working in Hospitals

Abstract

The nurses are one of the most important aspects of the services that they
provide in the hospitals. They work on a 24-hour basis which makes them
very busy. Occasionally, excessive work causes fatigue. Another aspect
is that the ethical values of the nurses that they adhere to; patient’s ethical
problems can negatively impact the nurses. The purpose of this study is to
identify ethical issues and ethical approaches and their solutions that are
faced by the nurses who work at the public hospitals. The study is limited
to the scope of the public hospitals.The study examined and evaluated
the nurses’ ethical problems and their solutions. The research method
used in this study was published books, articles, published thesis, and
reliable internet sources. The information consisted from these sources
and assessment from practical experience was combined to give relational
sense.
