Mühendislik Verilerinde Tek Örnek İçin Parametrik ve Parametrik Olmayan Testler

Abstract

Veriler normal olarak dağıldığında Tek örnek T- Testi uygulanmalıdır. Aksi
durumda Wilcoxon Tek Örnek İşaret Sıralaması Testi tercih edilmelidir.
Wilcoxon Tek Örnek İşaret Sıralaması Testi Tek örnek T-testinin nonparametrik
karşılığıdır. Parametrik testlerin uygulama koşulları çoğunlukla
yerine getirilemediğinden, bu tekniklerin alternatifi olan non-parametrik
testlerin kullanımı kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Bu araştırmada normal
dağılımı test etmek için kullanılan süt pH verileri 1. ve 2. gün için bir
çiftlikte yetiştirilen 9 adet inekten elde edilmiştir. Mevcut çalışmadan elde
edilen bulgulara göre 1. gün süt pH verileri normal dağılım göstermiştir.
Bununla birlikte 2. gün verileri normal dağılım göstermemişlerdir. 2. gün
verilerinden elde edilen önemli p değerinden (0.000) de görüldüğü gibi,
2. gün verilerine tek örnek t testi uygulamamız mümkün değildir. 2. gün
verilerine Wilcoxon Tek Örnek İşaret Sıralaması Testi uygulanmalıdır.

Parametric and Nonparametric Tests for One Sample in Engineering Data

Abstract

When data is normally distributed, one sample t-test should be applied,
otherwise Wilcoxon signed ranks test should be preferred. The One-Sample
Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test is a nonparametric alternative to a one-sample
t-test. Since application conditions of parametric tests are most of the time
not fulfilled, it is inevitable to use non-parametric tests as an alternative
to the parametric tests. In this research, to test for normal distribution, the
milk pH data was obtained from 9 cows raised from a farm. The findings
of the present study, it was concluded that, the milk fat data comes from a
normal distribution for first day. However, milk fat data were not normally
distributed in second day. As shown from a significant p-value (0.000)
obtained from data of second day, we may not use the one sample t test
on second day data. One-Sample Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test should be
applied for second day
