Abstract

Renal enfarktüs; renal dokularda hasara neden olan arteriyel vasküler olaydır. Etyolojisinde birden fazla neden yer alabilir. Bunlar arasında tromboemboli, kalp veya aorttan kaynaklanan trombüs, renal arter hasarı, protrombotik durumlar sayılabilir. Daha az yaygın nedenleri fibromusküler displazi, kokain kullanımı ve idiyopatik olguları içermektedir. Bu yazıda, renal enfarkt ile seyreden farklı etyolojideki iki olgu tartışıldı. İkinci olguda renal enfarktın etyolojisinde bir neden saptanmadı. Ağır kaldırma sonrasında renal arter diseksiyonu ve tromboz, renal enfarktüs etyolojisinde muhtemel bir faktör olarak düşünüldü. Doğası henüz belirlenemeyen akut karın veya yan ağrısı ile acil servise başvuran olguların ayırıcı tanısında renal arter trombozu veya renal enfarkt göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.
