Psikopati

Abstract

Yüksek psikopatik özellikler olan kişilerde suça eğilim artmaktadır. Amigdala ve prefrontal korteksin morfolojik anormallikleri kişiyi psikopatiye yatkın hale getirmektedir. Monoaminoksidaz-A ve genetik varyantları (MAOA-L), amigdalanın ve orbitofrontal korteksin yapısal anormallikleri ile ilişkilidir. Tespitte kullanılan Psikopati Kontrol Listesi-Revize test skoruna sahip diğer bir bozukluk olan sosyopatide dürtüsellik ve duygu düzen bozukluğu; psikopatide ise önceden tasarlama ve hiposensitive ile uygulama görülür.
