Zihin Haritası Yöntemi ile Kariyerin Anlamlandırılması: İşletme Öğrencilerine Yönelik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

 Amaç :Araştırmanın amaçlarından biri mevcut değişimlerin
yarattığı etkiyi kariyer bağlamında ölçmektir





Araştırmanın bir diğer amacı bu öznel
değerlendirmelerin yorumlanmasıdır.



Tasarım/Yöntem: Araştırmada kalitatif yöntemlerden derinlemesine
mülakat tekniği kullanılmış, bulgular gösterim olarak zihin haritası (mind-map)
yöntemine başvurularak aktarılmıştır.





Sonuçlar:Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre literatürde yer alan
bazı kavramlar geçerliliğini korumaktadır, bununla beraber günümüzün getirdiği
yeni iş koşulları da işletme öğrencilerinin kariyer anlamlandırmasında etkili
olmaktadır.

Özgün Değer:Mevcut olarak literatürde sıklıkla incelenmiş olan
kariyer kavramının anlamlandırma kavramıyla birlikte işlenmesi, bunun akabinde
bu araştırmanın yorumlanmasında zihin haritaları metoduyla yorumlanmasıyla
açıklanır.
Kariyerin
farklı bir bakış açısından değerlendirilmesi, yeni bulgular tespit edilmesine
yol açabilir. Kariyerin anlamlandırılma açısından değerlendirilmesi ise kendine
mahsus bir anlatım tekniği gerektirecektir.
Bu araştırmada zihin haritaları yardımı ile, işletme
öğrencilerinin zihninde karmaşık/dağınık halde bulunması muhtemel verileri,
özetleyici verilere dönüştürmek amaçlanmıştır.
