İNMELİ HASTALAR İÇİN POSTÜRAL DEĞERLENDİRME ÖLÇEĞİ (POSTURAL ASSESMENT SCALE FOR STROKE PATIENTS) TÜRKÇE VERSİYONU GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİĞİ

Abstract

Amaç: Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke Patients (PASS) inmeli hastalarda postüral

kontrol ve dengeyi ayrıntılı şekilde değerlendirmek amacıyla geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma,

PASS’ın Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenirliğini incelemek amacıyla planlanmıştır.

Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya inme sonrası subakut dönemde ve klinik açıdan stabil, 30-85

yaş arası, yürümeye engel ortopedik problemi, omuz subluksasyonu ve iletişim sıkıntısı

olmayan 120 hasta dahil edildi. PASS’ın geçerliği, iç tutarlılığı ve güvenirliği incelendi.

Geçerlik için PASS, Berg Denge Skalası, Barthel İndeksi, Gövde Bozukluk Ölçeği ile

karşılaştırıldı. İç tutarlılık Cronbach alfa katsayısı ile belirlendi. Test-tekrar test güvenirliği

için PASS ilk ölçümden 2 hafta sonra yeniden ölçüldü.

Sonuçlar: PASS ile Berg Denge Skalası (rho=0,95), Barthel İndeksi (rho=0,89) ve Gövde

Bozukluk Ölçeği (rho=0,88) arasında yüksek düzeyde korelasyon bulundu. Ölçeğin iç

tutarlılığını gösteren Cronbach alfa katsayısı ilk ölçüm için 0,94; ikinci ölçüm için 0,94 olarak

çok yüksek güvenirlikte bulundu. Test-tekrar test güvenirliğinde, ölçeğin sınıf içi korelasyon

katsayısı 0,98 olarak bulundu. Değerler incelendiğinde, ölçeğin yüksek iç tutarlılığa ve test-

tekrar test güvenirliğine sahip olduğu görüldü.

Tartışma: Bu çalışmanın sonucunda PASS-T’nin, iç tutarlılığı yüksek inmeli hastalara

uygulanabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu belirlenmiştir. PASS-T, inme

rehabilitasyonu değerlendirmesi kapsamında yeni bir ölçek alternatifi olarak kullanılabilir.
