TEKNOLOJİYE HAZIRLIK DÜZEYİNİN BELİRLENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ÖLÇEK UYARLAMA ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Bilgi çağı, teknolojinin iş dünyasındaki öneminin artan bir hızla gelişmesine neden olmuştur. Bununla birlikte, teknoloji kullanımına dönük yaşanan sorunlar da daha sık gündeme gelmeye başlamıştır. Bu noktadan hareketle araştırmanın amacı, Parasuraman (2000)’ın kullanıcıların teknoloji kullanmaya istekliliklerini ölçmek üzere geliştirmiş olduğu Teknolojiye Hazırlık Ölçeğini Türkçeye uyarlayarak, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmek olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini; Türkiye’nin yedi coğrafi bölgesine dağılmış, en az üniversite mezunu 1289 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda, dört boyutu ölçmek üzere faktör yükü 0,45’in üzerinde kalan 23 madde korunarak diğerleri elenmiş ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi gerçekleştirilerek model doğrulanmıştır

A STUDY ON DEVELOPING TECHNOLOGY READINESS SCALE

Abstract

Information age, the rapid growth of technology has led to an increasing importance in the business world. However, it is more commonly the problems facing use of technology has come up. From this point, the aim of the study is adapting Technology Readiness Scale, which was developed by Parasuraman (2000) to measure users intention to technology usage, into Turkish and developing a reliable and valid scale. Sample of the study is 1289 people who has graduate degree and located in seven different geographical regions of Turkey. After exploratory factor analysis, 23 items that have factor load at least 0.45 for four dimensions are selected and with confirmatory factor analysis results are validated
