ADÖLESAN DÖNEMDEKİ FUTBOLCULARIN SEZON İÇERİSİNDE YAŞADIKLARI SAKATLIKLAR İLE FONKSİYONEL HAREKET DEĞERLENDİRMESİ SKORLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Futbol günümüzde yaklaşık 270 milyon kişi tarafından profesyonel veya rekreasyon amacı ile oynan ve sakatlık sıklığı en yüksek olan sporlardan bir tanesidir. Fonksiyonel Hareket Analizi (FMS) zayıf nöromusküler kontrolün, akut yaralanma riskini arttırdığı düşünüldüğü için sporcularda hareket paterni kalitesini değerlendirmek amacıyla kullanılan bir yöntemdir. Bu çalışmanın amacı adölesan dönemindeki futbolcuların sezon içerisinde yaşadıkları sakatlık veya sakatlıklar ile FMS skorları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir.
Çalışmaya antropometrik özellikleri ortalama yaş: 13,06 + 1,14 kilo : 54,46 + 11,06 (kg) boy :164,38 + 12,08 (cm) VKI: 19,98 + 3,73 olan Ankara ilinde lisanslı olarak futbol oynayan toplam 115 erkek futbolcu katıldı. Çalışmaya herhangi bir sakatlık veya yaralanması olan futbolcular dahil edilmedi. Fonksiyonel hareket değerlendirme (FMS) derin çömelme, engel adımlama, öne adımlama, aktif bacak kaldırma, omuz hareketliliği, gövde stabilitesi ve rotasyon stabilitesi ölçümleri ile gerçekleştirildi. FMS değerlendirmesi 7 hareket üzerinden alınan puanlama sistemine göre yapıldı. Çalışmaya katılan sporcuların sezon içerisinde yaşadığı sakatlıklar gözlenerek kayıt altına alındı. Verilerin isttattisiksel analizi Pearson korelasyon testti uygulandı.
FMS toplam skorları ile sezon içinde yaşanılan sakatlık sayısı arasında istatistiksel olarak negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişki tespit edildi (r=-,526; p=0,001).
Bu çalışma sonucunda adölesan dönemindeki futbolcuların FMS skorları ile sezon içinde yaşadıkları sakatlıklar arasında anlamlı negatif yönlü ilişki bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlara benzer olarak Chorba ve ark. Amerikan kolej sporları birliği 2. ligindeki voleybol, basketbol, futbol branşlarında, yaş ortalamaları 19 olan, 38 kız sporcu ile sezon içerisinde yaptıkları araştırmada toplam FMS puanları ile alt ekstremite sakatlıkları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlılık tespit etmişlerdir. Mevcut çalışma sonucunda, futbolculardan fonksiyonel hareket puanları yüksek olanların sezon içerisinde daha az sakatlık ile karşılaştığı görülmektedir.
