MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Online Submission:
Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively through the DergiPark system at: https://dergipark.org.tr/en/pub/igdirsbd. Submissions sent via e-mail or postal mail will not be processed.

2. Manuscript Formatting:
- Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt (Tables: 10 pt).
- Line Spacing: Single or 1.5 line spacing.
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
- Length: Maximum 15–20 pages including references and tables.
- Review Articles: A maximum of two (2) review articles are published per issue.

3. Structure of the Manuscript:
- Title (Turkish and English)
- English Abstract: 150–250 words, structured or informative, avoiding non-standard abbreviations.
- Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords in English.
- Main Text: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results/Findings, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- References: Prepared strictly in accordance with APA 7th Edition style. Active DOIs must be included for cited sources where available.

4. Plagiarism and Originality:
All submitted manuscripts are subjected to similarity screening via Turnitin or iThenticate prior to peer review. Manuscripts with an overall similarity index exceeding 20% (excluding references) are rejected or sent back for revision.

5. Ethical Clearance:
For studies requiring ethical committee approval (involving human or animal subjects, clinical trials, surveys, questionnaires, or interviews), official documentation from the relevant institutional Ethics Committee must be provided. Details (committee name, date, and decision/protocol number) must be explicitly stated in the Methods section.

6. Double-Blind Review Requirements:
To ensure blind evaluation, submitted manuscript files must not contain any information identifying the authors or their affiliated institutions. Author details must be provided only on a separate Title Page during submission.

7. Copyright and Open Access:
The journal applies open-access principles under Creative Commons licensing. Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal right of first publication.
