The main purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between school administrators' general loneliness and work life loneliness. In this framework, school administrators' general loneliness and work life loneliness levels will also be analyzed in terms of various demographic variables. In the research, descriptive and relational screening methods, which are among the quantitative research methods, were used. The universe of the research consists of school administrators working in Kahramanmaraş central districts (Dulkadiroğlu, Onikisubat) in the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample of the study consists of 305 school administrators selected by simple random sampling method. The data used in the research were obtained from the UCLA Loneliness Scale, Work Life Loneliness Scale (YYYÖ) and personal information form. Individuals who score high on the UCLA Loneliness Scale experience intense loneliness in their lives, while individuals with low scores experience low levels of loneliness. It can be said that individuals with a high score on the IYÖS experience the feeling of loneliness intensely in the workplace, while individuals with a low score experience a low level of loneliness. According to the results of the research, it was concluded that there is a strong positive relationship between the general loneliness level of school administrators and the level of work life loneliness, and that the general loneliness of school administrators predicts the loneliness experienced in business life. In addition, it was determined that school administrators' general loneliness and work life loneliness levels were low.
