Abstract

Lojistik
hizmeti veren firmalarda karar alma mekanizmalarına kullanılan teknolojinin
etkisi oldukça yüksektir. Firmaların karar alırken kullandıkları teknolojinin
özelliklerini göz önünde bulundurması ve teknoloji kullanım düzeyleri ve
çalışanlarının teknoloji kullanımına yaklaşımları önemli faktörlerdir. Yapılan
çalışmada sektörde faaliyet gösteren firmaların teknoloji kullanımına ilişkin
olarak ilgi ve eğilimleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmış, bu eğilimlerin
firmaların mülkiyet yapıları ya da çalışanların unvanlarına ilişkin olarak
nasıl değişiklik gösterdiği ve bununla birlikte sektörde faaliyet gösteren
firmaların hangi alanlarda teknoloji kullanımına yönelmesi durumunda iş
akışlarının kolaylaşacağına ilişkin olarak bilgilere yer verilmektedir. Yapılan
çalışmada kapsamında lojistik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmaların
çalışanları üzerinde yüz yüze ve elektronik posta yolu ile uygulanan anket
kapsamında işletmenin mülkiyet yapısının manuel sistemlerin daha verimli olduğu
düşüncesine etkisi, işletmenin mülkiyet yapısının yönetimin teknoloji
kullanımına destek vermesi üzerine etkisi, şirketteki unvanların teknoloji
kullanımının müşteri hizmetleri çalışan maliyetlerini azalttığına dair düşünceye
etkisi ve şirketteki unvanların teknoloji entegrasyonunun faturalama
işlemlerini kolaylaştırdığına dair düşünceye etkisine ilişkin bulgular
araştırılmış ve bu doğrultuda sonuçlar ortaya konulmuştur.

The Effect of Technology Using in Logistics Service Providers Companies on Decision Making Mechanisms

Abstract

The technology use has a great effect on executive mechanism on
logistics companies. The important factors are considering technological
features while taking executive decisions, usage level of the technology and
approach of the employees to the technology. During this study, the interest
and tendencies on usage of technology of the active logistics companies and the
variance of these tendencies based on the ownership structure and titles of the
employees have been displayed. In addition, the investigation of the fields
that would ease the work-flow by increasing technological usage. The surveys
have been completed in person or through email. 
The effect of ownership structure on thoughts of manual systems being
more productive, the effect of ownership structure on support of technological
usage, the effect on the thought of the usage of technology by the employees
causing the reduction on customer service costs and the effect on the thought
that the technological integration of the employees ease billing operations
have been investigated and the results have been displayed.
