The purpose of this study is to examine the transformation of Cyprus, which had attracted many states throughout history due to its natural richness and geopolitical position, during the Roman Empire. Cyprus, which had lived under the rule of many civilizations such as Egypt, Hittite, Aqa, Phoenician, Assyrian, Persian, before the Roman Empire in the period of the Roman Empire, although it had experienced a change and transformation thanks to the states, the Cypriot people lived in peace during the Roman Empire, will be tried to show. In addition, during the Roman Empire period, it was determined that the island was integrated and that it was ruled by the Roman system, that there was an economic development in the island with the peace provided in the island, and this situation spread to other areas.
