Logistics performance has been of critical importance in increasing customer satisfaction by providing added value to the enterprises as well as increasing the efficiency of the enterprise and integrated business success. Reducing ordering times and faster and more reliable deliveries, such as maintaining optimum supplier and supplier efficiency, make significant gains for businesses. The other reason is that for an ineffective logistics, firms are increasing their commercial costs and reducing their global integration potential. Production companies follow an integrated approach to procurement efficiency and order processing at this point, while maintaining a process that does not disregard logistic performance. In this study, the intermediary role of the supply efficiency function in the effect of the order processing function of the enterprises on the logistic performance was tested with SEM. The questionnaire scale prepared in this direction was implemented in 246 manufacturing companies operating in Gaziantep OIZs. As a result of the findings, it has been determined that order processing in the enterprises has both direct impact and indirect effect on logistics performance.
