The Balkans located in geography which has both political and economic importance of relations of Turkey, especially the level of economic relations between Turkey and Balkan countries in quality and quantity is one of the issues to be analyzed seriously. In this study, international relations and international economy, in the perspective of the interdependence theory, which has an important place in politics, foreign trade relations between the Balkan countries and Turkey, are analyzed economic and politically. As a result of the analysis made on criteria such as foreign trade volumes, exports, imports, and the ratios of related country items, Turkey's neighboring countries after Germany and Italy have been found to be the third largest foreign trade partner. Countries in the region, in the scale foreign trade, was found to be dependency to regions of Turkey more than Turkey. However, rather than Germany and Italy, in order to increase economic dependence of the countries of the region on Turkey, it was analyzed that Turkey needs to endure more cost (import, direct investment, etc.) for the region.
