Tedarik Zincirine Genel Bakış: Akıllı Tedarik Zincirinde Risk ve Güvenlik

Abstract

Bir ürün döngüsünde, müşteri taleplerinin karşılanmasıyla ilgili tüm tarafları ve süreçleri kapsayan tedarik zinciri (TZ) kavramı, modern çağın teknolojik gelişmelerine paralel olarak hızla farklılaşmakta ve dönüşmektedir. TZ, stratejik bir avantaj olabileceği gibi, başarının önünde engel potansiyeli olan kritik bir kavramdır. Bu nedenle işletmelerin TZ’yi iyi karakterize etmesi uygulamalar sırasında ortaya çıkacak karmaşayı azaltacaktır. TZ’de gelişim sürecinde ortaya çıkan doğal terminoloji, ulusal ve uluslararası perspektifte ortak dil kullanmak açısından önemli bir ihtiyaçtır. Ayrıca gelişen teknoloji ile farklılaşan risk ve güvenlik konuları hızlıca fark edilmesi gereken sorunlar olarak karşımıza çıkabilir. Bu çalışmada TZ’nin tanımı ve tarihsel gelişimi, bileşenleri, TZ yönetimi, geleneksel TZ, akıllı TZ kavramları irdelenmiş, geleneksel TZ ve akıllı TZ karşılaştırması yapılmış, akıllı TZ süreçleri risk ve güvenlik açısından incelenerek TZ’nin geleceğine değinilmiştir. Akademik yayınlar ve sektör raporlarındaki yaklaşımlar özetlenmek suretiyle bir derleme yapılarak literatüre katkı sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak bir TZ terminolojisi hazırlanması, TZ ve bileşenlerinden sorumlu otoritelerin netleştirilmesi önerilmiştir.

Supply Chain Overview: Risk and Security in the Smart Supply Chain

Abstract

The supply chain (SC) concept, which covers all parties and process involved in meeting customer demands within a product cycle, is rapidly differentiating and transforming in line with the technological developments of the modern era. The SC is a critical concept that has the potential to be a strategic advantage as well as a barrier to success. A good characterization of this concept by businesses will reduce complexity during implementation. The natural terminology that emerges during the development stages of SC is an important need to use a common language in national and international perspectives. Risk and security issues that differ with the developing technology may appear as problems that need to be recognized quickly. In this study, the definition and historical development of SC, its components, SC management, traditional SC, smart SC concepts are examined, traditional SC and smart SC are compared, smart SC processes are examined in terms of risk and security, and the future of SC is discussed. By summarizing the approaches in academic publications and sector reports, a review was conducted to contribute to the literature. As a result, it has been suggested to prepare a terminology and to clarify the authorities responsible for SC and its components.
