The Place of Iddah and to Go Out of The House During The Idda

Abstract

This research deals with an issue in Fiqh concerning the personal status. This issues is the place of iddah (period of waiting) and the provision of permissibility to leave it. The research starts by defining of iddah. Then the evidences with subject are dealt and the research then turns to show the rule for a widow to spend the term of iddah in the house. The domain of permissibility to leave it for any other residence during the term of iddah is indicated. Finally, the domain of permissibility for a widow to leave the residence of iddah during the day or night to perform pilgrimage or umrah or any other reason is illustrated.

Kadının İddet Bekleme Yeri ve İddet Esnasında Evden Çıkmasının Hükmü

Abstract

Bu makalede, günümüz fıkıh problemleri arasında yer alan, “kocası vefat eden veya boşanan kadının iddet bekleme yeri ve iddet süresi içerisinde evden çıkıp çıkamamasının fıkhî hükmü” ele alınmıştır. Konunun aydınlatılması amacıyla çalışmada önce iddet kavramının tanımı yapılmış, sonrasında ise konuyla ilgili deliller ele alınmış, kocası vefat eden veya boşanan kadının iddet bekleme yeri, iddet esnasında evden çıkmasının hükmü hakkında fıkıh âlimlerinin görüşleri belirtilmiş, iddeti muayyen yerde bekleme sinin maksatları tespit edilmeye çalışılmış, ayrıca önemine binâen iddet süresi içerisinde kadının yolculuk yapmasının ve hacca gitmesinin hükmü belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
