Abstract

حتمت العولمة الحديثة مستجدات كثيرة على المجتمعات المختلفة جعلتها تتجاوز عن كثير من الحواجز التي كانت تفصل بين مختلف العقائد والعوائد، وكان من مهمات المسائل المثارة هو زواج المسلم بالكتابية، الذي هو مشروع في الأصل، لكن ذلك مرتبط بتحديد المقصود باصطلاح »الكتابي«، وكذلك بالضوابط التي يناط بها الحكم بالجواز.
ونحن في هذا المقال اجتهدنا في بحث هذا الموضوع؛ أولا بتحديد مفهوم الكتابي وما يلتبس به من اصطلاحات موافقة ومخالفة. وثانيا حكم زواج المسلم بالكتابية والضوابط المقيدة للحكم

The Marriage of Muslim Men to the Woman of the Book: Concepts, Terms, and Principles

Abstract

Modern globalization requires many developments on different communities which made it various of the barriers that separate the different faiths and customs. And one of the most important the issues is the wedding of people of book from Muslim women which is legal project, but this is linked to determine the term “people of book”, as well as the standards that reflex their judgment is permissible. We worked hard in this article discussing the issue; firstly, identify the biblical concept and confusions refer at the end for acceptance and approval. Secondly, Muslim marriage with woman coming from people of book then the rules and norms that govern the subject.
