Abstract

This study has been carried out to examine the constitution of the Arab Republic of Egypt of 2014 by the new administration which came with the Egyptian Military Strike in 2013. In this context, the Constitution of the Arab Republic of Egypt of 2014 has been examined in the framework of the general principles of the constitutional law and translation of the constitution based on the examination has been given in addition.

2014 MISIR ARAP CUMHURİYETİ ANAYASASININ TERCÜMESİ VE GENEL DEĞERLENDİRMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma, 2013 Mısır Askeri Darbesi ile gelen yeni yönetim tarafından 2014 yılında yapılan Mısır Arap Cumhuriyeti Anayasasını genel bir incelemeye tabi tutmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda, 2014 Mısır Arap Cumhuriyeti Anayasası; anayasa hukukunun genel esasları çerçevesinde incelenmiş olup incelemede esas alınan anayasanın tercümesi ek olarak verilmiştir.
