Abstract

Sosyal güvenlik, kişilere çeşitli mesleki, fizyolojik ve sosyo-ekonomik riskler karşısında gelir garantisi ve sağlık hizmetleri sağlayan kurum ve kurumlar topluluğudur. Bir ülkedeki sosyal güvenlik sisteminin yapısı, o ülkenin ekonomik ve sosyal koşulları ile doğrudan ilişkilidir. Bireysel emeklilik de, bireylerin düzenli olarak tasarrufta bulunmaları, birikim yapmaları ve emeklilikte ek gelir elde etmeleri üzerine kurulmuş bir özel emeklilik sistemidir. Devlet katkısı teşviki gibi yeni düzenlemelerle değişen ve gelişen sistem, uzun vadeli fonların ülke ekonomisine kazandırılması ve iç tasarruf oranlarının artırılması bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmada Anadolu Üniversitesi akademik personelinin bireysel emeklilik sistemine bakışı değerlendirilmiştir. Bu amaçla İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi’nde görev yapan akademik personele bireysel emeklilik sisteminin değerlendirmesiyle ilgili anket dağıtılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler çoklu uygunluk analizi ile incelenmiş ve ilişkili değişken ve düzeyleri yorumlanmıştır.

Perspective of the Anadolu Unıversity Academic Staff to Private Pension System

Abstract

Social security is a collection of institutions that provides people income guarantee and health care across to various professional, psychological and socio-economic risks. The structure of the social security system in a country that is directly related to the economic and social conditions in the country. Private retirement is a private pension system based on for individuals to save regularly, making savings and to generate additional income in retirement. The system changing and evolving with new regulations such as state contribution encouragement, is important in terms of gaining the long-term funds to the country's economy and increasing the domestic savings rate. It has been examined in the study the perspective of the academic staff of the Anadolu University to the private pension system. For this purpose a questionnaire is distributed to the academic staff of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The obtained data is evaluated with the multiple correspondence analysis and correlated variables and their levels are interpreted.
