Corporate Social Responsibility Approaches Of Firms In The Aydın Industrial Zone From Managers' Perspectives

Abstract

For various reasons businesses are improving their social responsibility applications and increasing society's expectations. The aim of this study was to determine the level of corporate social responsiblity of businesses in Aydın Organized Industrial Zone. The research sample consisted of the entreprises in the region. Data collection method of the research was to use secondary data and to ask questions. In this study, it was found that dimensions of corporate social responsibility used by the entreprises in Aydın Organized Industrial Zone were implemented on an average level. Customers, business owners, employees and suppliers in the region are the primary stakeholders of the companies.
