Trademark Application and Significance

Abstract

Brand is an important case that identify products and services. in this way it allows to consumer to accept and reject the products/services. Brands help to companies to stand out against the competition,and also help products the purpose of differentiated from each other. The best way to be the best against the competitors, firms have to set their brands in consumers mind priority.That’s why if companies want to present sucessful brand image, they have to do a perfect brand positioning in markets. To be effective in this process, it is related to plan right brand management. In this article; it is aimed to do a theoretical study about brand and brand management, that is so vital in business life. In the first part of the study it is explained the terms of brand and specifications of brand, than in the second part it is explained the brand image, the process of creating the brand image. In the last part it is explained brand management and brand applications.
