Sağlık Çalışanlarında İş Tatmini ve Duygusal Bağlılığın Bireysel İş Performansı ve İşten Ayrılma Eğilimi Üzerindeki Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı (1) iş tatmini ve duygusal bağlılığın bireysel iş performansı üzerindeki etkileri ve (2) iş tatmini ve duygusal bağlılığın işten ayrılma eğilimi üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Sakarya ilinde faaliyet gösteren hastanelerdeki 107 sağlık çalışanından elde edilen veriler, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek üzere kullanılmıştır. Veriler, doğrulayıcı faktör analizinden sonra korelasyon analizi ve regresyon modelleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Korelasyon analizi iş tatmini ve duygusal bağlılığın bireysel iş performansı ile ilişkili olduğunu göstermiştir. Fakat işten ayrılma eğilimi ile ilişki saptanamamıştır. Çoklu regresyon analizi ise iş tatmini ve duygusal bağlılığın bireysel iş performansı üzerinde anlamlı etkilere sahip olduğunu gösterirken, işten ayrılma eğilimi ile ilgili anlamlı bulgulara rastlanamamıştır.

The Effects of Job Satisfaction and Affective Commitment on Individual Job Performance and Intention to Leave of Health Care Workers

Abstract

This study has two purposes: The first one is to analyze the effects of job satisfaction and affective commitment on individual job performance and the second is to analyze the effects of job satisfaction and affective commitment on intention to leave. The data, collected from 107 health care workers in various hospitals of Sakarya province, were used to analyze the relations between the variables. After the verificative factor analysis, the data were analyzed by correlation analysis and regression models. The correlation analysis showed that while job satisfaction and affective commitment are related with individual job performance, a relation with intention to leave could not be found. The multiple regression analysis also showed that job satisfaction and affective commitment have meaningful effects on individual job performance but any meaningful finding could not be found related with intention to leave.
