A. INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

· The title page must be upper case in Times New Roman font size 14, and bold.

· All authors listed as the first name, and last name (i.e., Ahmet Ali Süzen¹) without the highest academic or medical degree first.

· Authors names must be center as follows: (Times New Roman font size 10)

· Institutional affiliation for each author must be as follows: (Times New Roman font size 10)

e.g., Xxxx Engineering Faculty, Xxxx University, Turkey

· The abstract of the manuscript must be upper case as follows: (Times New Roman font size 10 and bold)

e.g., ABSTRACT

· The abstract of manuscript text must be in Times New Roman font size 11. If the abbreviation is used, the abbreviated of the name must be specified in parentheses.

· The aim of the study and method must be briefly stated, the findings must be summarized with sufficient numerical details and the results must be explained within the framework the presented findings.

· Introduction (clearly stating an objective or hypothesis), Methods (describing the study design and methods applied), Discussion and Results (describing the results of the study in context with the published literature and addressing study limitations) can be used within a structured abstract if desired.

· The abstract must not exceed 250 words.

B. ORIGINAL RESEARCH ARTICLES

B.1. Principles of Writing

· The manuscript must be up to 25 pages including references.

· No corrections will be made by the journal boards in the manuscript. For this reason, authors are responsible for the mistakes in spelling and meaning.

· Set your document as A4 (International Standard: ISO 216) paper, use single line spacing, Times New Roman font size 12, number all pages, do not justify the right margin, and use line numbers. Save your manuscript as a Word document (.doc, .docx, or previous) and the margins must be set to be 2.5 cm for all edges.

B.2. Writing rules

The manuscript must be structured as follows.

I. Abstract

At the beginning of the manuscript must be English Abstract. The abstract of text is Times New Roman size 10 and must not exceed 250 words. Besides, the abstract of the manuscript must not only be sufficient to explain the aim of the study, but fully represent the content of the study briefly written and emphasize the important points or conclusions of the manuscript.



II. DIVISIONS and Subdivisions

The names of division must be the upper case but subdivisions must be written lower case. The text of divisions and subdivisions Times New Roman size 12, and bold.

e.g., 1. INTRODUCTION; 2. MATERIAL 3. METHOD……;



2.1. Used in the Study ….




Ill. Figures and Tables

· The text of figures must be written in the top, whereas the text of the table must be written on top, and the content of Figure/Table must be described as title next to the number. Figures/Tables must be placed in the text.

· The content of Figure / Table must be written Times New Roman size 10. It should only be bold as Figure 1. and Table 1.



lV. References

· References must follow the text and begin on a separate page.

· References must be double line spaced and numbered consecutively in order of appearance within the text, using the automated numbering tool of Word.


· All the references must be Times New Roman size 10 and take place inside the references.

· Identify references in text, tables, and legends in Arabic numerals in parentheses, i.e. (7).

· List all authors when six or fewer; when seven or more, list only the first three and add et al.

· References used within tables or figure legends should be included in the reference list and numbered in consecutive order according to the table/figure citation in the text.

International Journal of Engineering and Innovative Research (IJEIR) aims to provide high-quality academic articles to our readers. In order to ensure the same IJEIR follows the following ethical standards.

Publication and Authorship
Every published paper should list the references in IJEIR style.
Plagiarism and Self-Plagiarism are strictly forbidden.
Publishing the same research in more than one publishing medium (Journal) is forbidden.
Publishing the same research in different languages is forbidden.

Author's Responsibility
Authors should ensure that their research work is completely original. Authors should present an objective discussion of the significant research work as well as sufficient data and references must be provided in such a way other researchers may carry out the research work further. Providing fraudulent data or inaccurate statements in the research work are unethical behavior and is unacceptable in any case. Authors must make sure that their work is entirely original and even if they could make use of the others works in their research that must be acknowledged (Cited) properly. Usage of others works without proper citation is unethical behavior and it is unacceptable. Plagiarism is an offense and it must be noted that even self-plagiarism is also an offense. Hence, Plagiarized materials must be avoided. Submitting the research work to more than one journal simultaneously is unethical behavior. The same research work should not be published in more than one publishing medium at any reason. Publishing the same research work in different languages is forbidden and it is unethical behavior. The authors must transfer the signed copyright form to the editorial of IJEIR before publication of the manuscript. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to get the consent all the co-authors during the publication processes (Submission to Publication).

Reviewer's Responsibility
Every manuscript must be treated as confidential document. Reviews should be objective and the information or ideas obtained through the peer-review process must be kept confidential and it should not be used for personal advantage. Report should be submitted clearly with the supporting documents so that the research work can be improved by the authors. If the reviewer feels unqualified to review the assigned manuscript, he/she should inform the editor to come out of the review process. Reviewers should have no conflict of interest with respect to research, authors and other research funders.

Editor’s Responsibility
Editors should evaluate every manuscript submitted to IJEIR on the basis of academic merit. Editors have the complete responsibility to accept or reject the manuscript depending of the reviews obtained from the reviewers. Editors should keep every manuscript as confidential documents. Any submitted manuscript to IJEIR should not be used in the own research work of the editors. Editors should have no conflict of interest on the articles they accept or reject. Editors are responsible to maintain the standard the peer-review process. Double-blind review process must be ensured by the editors.

Editorial Board
Editors play vital role in publishing the quality articles in IJEIR . Editorial board members' recommendations and suggestions are valuable in taking the final decision on the articles submitted to IJEIR . IJEIR comprises of broad rage of editorial board members.

Publishing Ethics Issues
Plagiarism, self-Plagiarism, duplication and fraudulent date are an offence and treated as unethical behavior. If plagiarism issue arises even after the publication of the manuscript, the initial investigation process will be conducted by the editorial board of IJEIR and the same will be informed to the authors of the manuscript. If plagiarism is confirmed strict action will be taken by the editorial board of IJEIR.

Copyright and Access
IJEIR is an open access international journal. The articles published in IJEIR can be used by other researchers without any restriction provided it should be cited properly.The authors are the real copyright holders of the contents published in IJEIR . However, the contents published in IJEIR should not be published in other medium in the same version or in different language. The corresponding author should get the permission from all the co-authors (if any) to publish the article in IJEIR . The authors of the accepted articles should transfer the copyright form to IJEIR editorial.The readers of IJEIR can download the paper from the journal's website at anytime without any restrictions. The usage of articles published in IJEIR in others research should be cited properly.
