Yükseköğretim Kurulu’nun 07.03.2019 tarihli Genel Kurulunda alınan karar gereği, makalelerin kabul ya da red durumuna bakılmaksızın ücret alınmaktadır. Bu ücret ön değerlendirme, editörlük inceleme, dil kontrolü hizmeti, sekreterlik, yazım imla, mizanpaj, kontrol, yayınlama vb nedenlerden dolayı talep edilmektedir. Hakemlik ücrete tabi değildir. IJEPHSS, yazarlara, hakemlere, editörlere ve yayın kuruluna herhangi bir ücret ödememektedir. Bununla birlikte IJEPHSS’de yayımlanan makalelerin okunması ve indirilmesi ücretsizdir.
