Messaoud is Associate Professor and Associate Head of School (Research), Chartered Structural Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers, and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He obtained a PhD in civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham. He has over 30 years of teaching and research experience in a range of structural engineering problems. Messaoud is the author of over 150 papers and technical documents. He is member of editorial boards of a number of journals.

Elâzığ'ın Baskil  ilçesinde 1969’da doğan TOĞRUL, ilk ve orta öğrenimini Baskil'de  tamamladı. Fırat  Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi Kimya Mühendisliği bölümünü 1993’de bitiren TOĞRUL mesleki kariyerine 1994 yılında Fırat Üniversitesi Mühendislik Fakültesi Kimya Mühendisliği bölümünü Kimyasal Teknolojiler Anabilim Dalı’nda araştırma görevlisi olarak başladı.

Kimya Mühendisliği alanında 1996’da yüksek lisans ve 2002’de doktorasını tamamlayan TOĞRUL, Kırgızistan Türkiye Manas  Üniversitesi Gıda Mühendisliği bölümüne  öğretim üyesi olarak atandı. Söz konusu fakültede 2006’ya kadar yardımcı doçent olarak görev yapan TOĞRUL, aynı yıl Kimya Mühendisliği alanında doçent oldu.

2007 yılına kadar Fırat Üniversitesi Kimya Mühendisliği bölümünde çalıştıktan sonra, Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi Kimya Mühendisliği  bölümüne yeniden doçent olarak atanan TOĞRUL, kurucu bölüm başkanlığı görevini üstlendi. 2011 yılında Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek yüksekokuluna profesör olarak atandı. 2018 yılında Batman Üniversitesi Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi Petrol ve Doğalgaz Mühendisliği bölümüne yeniden profesör olarak atanan TOĞRUL, bu üniversitede Dekan V., Rektör yardımcısı görevi yanı sıra  çeşitli kurullarda  da görev aldı. 

Evli ve iki çocuk babası TOĞRUL, iyi derecede İngilizce bilmektedir.

Born in Adana in 1983, Ferhat Uçar embarked on his professional journey in various roles, including software sales engineer, automation engineer, and project engineer in international companies across regions like Adana, Gaziantep, Mersin, and İskenderun. After obtaining his bachelor's degree, Uçar entered the academic sphere in 2009, culminating in a Ph.D. in machine learning from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Fırat University in 2018.

Currently, Uçar is a faculty member at the Software Engineering Department of Fırat University's Technology Faculty. He teaches computer science courses in English under the international dual-degree program established in collaboration with Sam Houston State University. Uçar also holds the position of chief editor for journals including "The Turkish Journal of Science & Technology", "Fırat Üniversitesi Mühendislik Bilimleri", and "Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri" housed under Dergipark. On the administrative side, he serves as the deputy director at Fırat University's Institute of Science.

In the research domain, Uçar has been an active reviewer for prestigious platforms such as IEEE, Elsevier, Wiley, Taylor and Francis, and Nature. He is involved in ongoing TÜBİTAK projects and also contributes as a researcher in a COST action project. Furthermore, Uçar is part of the project management team for Code23 Fırat Software Workshop, one of Fırat University's highest-budgeted projects, where he mentors in mobile app development.

With a keen focus on artificial intelligence and data science, Ferhat Uçar aims to bridge the gap between the industry and academia.

Prof. Dr. Haci Mehmet BASKONUS
Dr. Haci Mehmet Baskonus is currently a Professor at Harran University, Faculty of Education, Sanliurfa/Türkiye.

He is Founder Editor-in-Chief of "International Journal of Mathematics and Computer in Engineering (IJMCE)" https://reference-global.com/journal/IJMCE. IJMCE is indexed by Scopus Q1 quarter.

His research includes the numerical solution of differential equations, fluid and heat mechanics, finite element method, analytical methods for nonlinear differential equations, mathematical physics, and numerical solutions of the partial differential equations (of course ordinary, partial, fractional order) by using analytical and semi-analytical methods along with computer programs such as Mathematica, Maple.
He is an active reviewer of a plethora of papers and books and has received several national and international awards. He has supervised two PhD students, several MSc and undergraduate students, and has been the external evaluator for many PhD theses various countries from all over the world.

As of 16 December 2022, he was awarded as by Clarivate as Highly Cited Researcher-2021 in Cross Field and Highly Cited Researcher-2022 in Mathematics. Moreover, he has been awarded by SPRINGER and JECRC University with the Title of “Young Distinguished Researchers Award” in 2019, due to his publications and achievements performing original research work with high degree of quality, recognized internationally, significant and done in a consisting way, and also for supervising graduate students with their thesis’ work.

Özen ÖZER received her BSc and MSc degree in Mathematics from Trakya University, Edirne (Turkey) and also PhD degree in Mathematics from Süleyman Demirel University, Isparta (Turkey), respectively. Currently, she works as an Associate Professor Doctor at the Department of Mathematics in the Faculty of Science and Arts at the Kırklareli University.

Her research of specialization includes the Theory of Real Quadratic Number Fields with applications, Diophantine and Pell Equations, Diophantine Sets, Arithmetic Functions, Fixed Point Theory, p_adic Analysis, q_Analysis, Special Integer Sequences, Nonlinear Analysis, C* Algebra, Matrix Theory, Optimization, Approximation Theory, Cryptography, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligent, Differential Equations, Statistics and so on…

She has published/completed more than 70 research papers in high quality international journals as well as many national and international scientific projects. She also has written/published some books and chapters of books on Number Theory , Algebra, Applied Mathematics and Analysis in the international publishing houses. She has attended various national and international conferences in lots of countries with different kinds of topics as keynote speaker. She has worked in the different international journals ( more than 60 different publishing houses and journals) as reviewer as well as member of the editorial boards of the books, papers and conference procedings.
